"It all started when we got rejected from the Backstreet Boys" explained Vanilla Ice background dancer/singer/guitarist Dave Sprecher "we just wanted to express ourselves artistically and we thought with our good looks and youthful charisma it would be easy to cash in and finally score with the ladies by singing punk rock." At the time, Shawn Daily, bass player and repeated sex offender, had just been fired from the Mickey Mouse Club, for exposing himself on camera. Shawn and Dave talked of how one day, together, they would form a teen superband. Shawn told Dave that he knew the perfect man to play lead guitar, a gay porn star/ Gwar roadie named Justin Smith. Notorious for hanging out in sleazy strip clubs and cross dressing, Justin was also known for his incredible metal guitar skills. Dave told Shawn that he might have someone in mind to complete the band, a wife-beater-wearing baseball player and avid masturbater named Eli Goldsmith who might be able to play drums since he really liked to beat it. Eli worked out even better then the band had expected. An accident involving an electric socket left him sterile, but with a great high voice, perfect for singing high pitched back up vocals. When the four members came together, it was magic. They started by playing Wham! covers, and eventually moved on to write original material. After four years of torn love affairs and decreased genital size, these four heart throbs are ready to conquer the hearts of middle age eunics everywhere. Look for Slimer at your local strip club or porn shop, on the Winger reunion tour, promoting their new record, "Adult Cabaret."
